service is terrible! latency is 600 ms and up. and if you call them about the issue you are told you are being dropped in a pool of additional customers with the same issue and when enough customers are experiencing the latency problem then the engineers will look into it. but they won't treat each customer on a one-by-one basis. when a customer calls about the issue they open a ticket. but then close the ticket without fixing the issue. and they don't call the customer to notify them the ticket is closed.
