I was contacted by the contractor who is to run the line from the pole to our house several weeks ago. I have been back in contact several times with them telling me they would be there either that day or the next. My house is far enough from the pole I am being charged for the cable run and I have already been billed. Why am I being misled about this? I am beginning to wonder if this kind of customer service is what we can expect from this product and if it is worth the aggravation.
