Great question, as things have changed since we first started the project! Registrations online through this site track interest and help with design and planning. You will need to complete a Participation Agreement (PA) to process an actual order. The best route is to watch the INFO MAP, and when the STATUS for your area changes to IN-SERVICE, PAs are being accepted for your area. You can obtain one by request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, your local office, etc.
