ML Connect should consider having a online support portal for customers to be able to communicate when phone service doesn't work. We have not been able to use our phones for 3 days at home via Wi Fi connection. We can use our phones for texts, or getting online, just no phone calls
We have trouble shot every thing , talked to our phone company, etc. and without being able to be at the router and computer, it is almost impossible to get anything done, in such a case.
Bottom line is, our phones work everywhere but at our house, including other Wi Fi connections in other locations, and we cannot seem to be able to coordinate with ML Connect to get our problem solved, which seems to be our router again.
So, I think it might be advantageous to be able to connect with support online and not just by phone only.
