Because of weather, the impact of COVID-19 on our staff and processes, demand and other variables, we are behind schedule with construction and installations, but we are moving forward. Once an area is ready for installations, it could be 4-6 weeks before the appointment is scheduled. While not recommended with our service, you can do a pass-through option and use the mesh system. WiFi can also be turned off. You will just need to let us know during the hook up so that we can make the appropriate change on our end.
